Aims & Object
To help poor, deserving and needy
students with financial assistance for furthering their
studies and to grant stipends, scholarships and other
financial assistance
To impart employment
oriented training to women in the fields of Agro based
cottage industries as well as domestic science and home
management for their integrated development.
To
organize symposia, seminars, debates, meetings,
conferences and such other activities with a view to
making people acquainted with current socio-economic and
socio- educational problems as well as positive roles to
be played by them for their welfare and that of the
society.
To prepare, print and publish books,
magazines, periodicals, booklets, leaflets, pamphlets
etc. and distribute the same among interested people on
no profit no loss basis for broadening their
outlook.
To do all such acts and things as may be
conducive to the general well-being of the Trust and
uplift of the Social, educational, cultural or economic
conditions of the masses.
To receive any money or
other assets or properties in any shape or form as when
given by the Author of the Trust or other Trustees or
any other persons as donation to hold the same as part
of the Corpus Fund of the Trust.

- invest a minimum of 20% of the Total income of
the Trust earned out of the Trust properties/investments
in each financial year earned in the approved securities
as per section 11 (5) of the Income Tax Act
1961.
NB. The figure of 20% is governed
by Income Tax amendments from year to year. The spirit
of the Clause is that maximum percentage allowed in
the law should be reinvested/added to the Corpus Fund by
a resolution of the Trustees. In other words it puts a
limitation on Trustees how much they can spend in a
